@Frod is correct. Was having the same issues everyone else was having, but then figured out the only problem was the firewall settings. To throw in my two cents as i was reading an earlier post on this subject, this solution is not just for windows firewall for any firewall you have on your PC disable it to make sure that is what is causing the problem.. And if that is what is causing the problem, just setup the firewall to allow the connection.
