- A copy of the Intel® System Identification Utility report (if possible attach the HTML report; you can use the little blue button on the right side of the 8 digit code).
- A copy of the msinfo32 report (Windows* key + R, type “msinfo32”, and export as txt).
- Please indicate if the option “Add a wireless display” ever appeared in Windows* 8.1 Charms menu. Any other relevant information is appreciated (latest changes before issue started, behavior, error messages...).
