Exact same issue here with the Sony Vaio Pro 13.3 with Intel Core i5-4200u.
Note:
I had the DisplayLink driver installed as well for a USB 3.0 Dock. The stock Microsoft driver does not work with this but the Windows 8.0 64bit driver does work. The only issue I had with the 8.0 driver is that certain websites had their graphics messed up.
I reverted back to the Basic Microsoft driver as well which solved the issue. I will try again to install some sort of driver to get my USB 3.0 dock with Multi-Mon working.
