So as of a few weeks age we were able to get all the IoT source code in Github. The links for the source repos are Intel iot-devkit libraries · GitHub and enableiot.com · GitHub.
Iot-devkit contains: mraa, upm, iotkit-comm-js, iot-kit-comm-c, and the iotkit-agent (currently on the release firmware image, this will not be used for the iotkit-comm-* libraries in future releases).
EnableIot contains: iotkit-lib-ios, iotkit-lib-android, iotkit-lib-c, iotkit-agent (this version is not on the current release and is used by arduino, this version will be added to future releases)
