Hello,

We have noticed this condition can be caused by multiple factors and we have identified some actions that may help resolve this.

1- Get a clean install of your drivers and Intel® WiDi Software.

- Download Wireless adapter driver and graphics driver from your OEM.

- Download Intel® Wireless Display Software. (You may try version 3.0.13.0 first, as second option, try 4.2.29.0)

- Uninstall WiDi Software.

- Uninstall Display drivers from device manager (mark the option to "Delete the driver software for this device").

- Uninstall Wireless drivers from device manager (mark the option to "Delete the driver software for this device").

- Install Display drivers, and wireless adapter driver.

- Install Intel® Wireless Display Software.

* As a second option you may try the generic drivers (graphics and wireless) from Intel Download Center.

2- Make sure you have updated firmware in your WiDi receiver device.

3- Adjust your screen resolution to match the recommended values for your display.

4- Switch between mirroring and extended desktop, to check if the behavior is the same.

5- Disable firewall, VPN and Antivirus and check if the issue persists.

For further assistance we will need details of the CPU, wireless and graphics model and driver version, WiDi software version, receiver model and firmware and any additional information that may help.
