Re: Correct Edison firmware version?

That is what I thought the most recent version might help with @mhahn. But the issue I'm having seems to be different.

 

Fishing about for some examples to try and figure out where I'm going wrong I can run Intro to Intel XDK IoT Edition using a Temperature Display : Write the Code!  just fine which uses mraa. But using demo scripts from johnny-five (such as https://github.com/rwaldron/johnny-five/blob/af10c0dfb2e700fa499a44da2c4ca4366b275bee/eg/lcd-i2c.js) which is using the intel-iot driver JHD1313M1 (i think that's what it's called anyway) to try and run the LCD give me an error message:
