now that we know that the settings are correct - you can make it persistent with
systemctl enable wpa_supplicant
upon reboot, it should automatically connect to your network.
ps: which setting was correct for the network type? (out of so many tries)
and keep a copy of your /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf in case you need to reflash Edison
