Find a 3rd party Yocto but cannot boot from SD-card

I found a modified yocto from

Intel Software Academic Program

     (Internet of Things -- Internet of Things with Intel Galileo -- Tools and Downloads)

     Inside of that package ("Tiny") it said the distribution is developed by

Galileo Package Repo Configuration Instructions

     But I didn't find any particular method with it, and I cannot boot with that edition of Yocto. Cannot find from my IP list.

     Does anyone tried this one and successfully connected via SSH?
