Any hypothesis on this at all? I know I'm not the only one with an issue, and I'm not begging you to make me priority. Especially for a game lol.
I only ask because I purchased the laptop last Monday and I have a 15 day return policy. If it's a problem with the driver, then I'll just hold off, no worries. If it may be a faulty card, I can just take it back and exchange it for a new one. I don't want to keep using the machine if the card might be bad.
Just wondering. Again, not asking anyone to rush anything for me.
