Why does the MAC address for the USB-over-Ethernet and the device ID for Discovery Peak change on every restart? How to fix this to stay permanently the same?
I think those are related. As soon as you fix the MAC one the DP one should be fixed as well.
If the USB ethernet adapter has a fixed MAC address you shouldn't see any change in the MAC address.
