Hi,
I've alerted the BIOS engineering team about this. The last few BIOS versions should have resolved any issues like this, so they would need to find a failing system (like your Panasonic TV) that still shows the problem.
Do you have any other type of display you can plug into, just to be sure you can access BIOS at all?
