Hi,
I have a computer with two monitors (using Intel Graphics Card). The primary computer displays normal desktop. I want to flip the second monitor's image (not rotation) like images below. I only can implement rotating by setting display and programming, I couldn't implement flipping it.
How can i flip the monitor image? By coding (C#,c++) or hardware config?
