I swapped back the 7260 AC adapter in my Windows 7 notebook for the original Intel Centrino Advanced N 6235. This is because this 7260 did not
work well with HS, WiDi, and My Dashboard.
But I still have the problem of disconnection on the Centrino 6235 when using wide channel. If the router switches from Wide Channel to
Single channel because of interference, the connection is dropped as mentioned in my previous post on this thread. The normal behaviour would be for
the wifi adapter to make the switch to single channel speed without disconnecting. Seems like an issue with either the PROSET software and or driver. Hope intel will address this in future software releases.
