Boot error on USB devices + 3G modem not working - D945GCLF2

Hi,

I have this D945GCLF2 board, 2GB A-DATA memory, a Samsung 322GJ HDD, and here are my known problems:

- USB does not work normally any more (I don't know since when);

- audio is dead (I have an USB C-Media audio card).

Everything used to work on both Linux and Windows. Now I get this error "Boot error" on USB boot, nothing else, the modem does not work (it restarts on connection) and audio is dead.

I have updated BIOS and nothing changed.

Any ideas?
