- What is the status of the wireless connection icon in the system tray (desktop mode)?
- Would you please run and provide the results of the Manual Diagnostic Tool from Intel® Proset Wireless Connection Utility? Intel� Wi-Fi Products; What are the Intel� PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility menu options?
- Do you see any other events repeating in Event Viewer (Control Panel, Administrative Tools) at the time the issue occurs?
