Re: Unable to save display settings on NUC Kit DC53427HYE

I tested the Diamond BVU195 and it worked without issue. Since the Intel graphics util does not recognize this device (of course) I used the Win 7 display manager and juggled the order of the monitors.  Three screens are now operational.  One to go.

I have just ordered the StarTech USB 3.0 to HDMI and DVI Dual Monitor External Video Card Adapter (USB32HDDVII).

Because it supports two monitors it will replace the Diamond device.

That will allow me to return to the four vertical monitors I previously had on my Dell box.

Like I said earlier, I think the NUCs are awesome.   I understand Intel’s reluctance to advertise them as they can be seen to compete with the Dell, HP and other branded PCs.  However, since the motherboards on those PCs are often from Intel, why not buy direct?  Plus, your miniaturization is extremely well done.  Ironic that Apple has been offering something in the same form for several years and the PC world (or is it just Intel) is just catching up.

Keep up the good work.

BTW – I only found out about the i5 NUC by accident (we have been buying i3s).  Is there a mailing list?

Thanks.
