I checked that your system manufacturer’s website provides the Intel® ME driver for Windows* 7 and 8 but their support for Windows* 8.1 seems to be limited in regards of the amount of drivers for this operating system. I suggest contacting Asus* in order to ask about the possibility of getting the driver you are looking for.
Another possible option is using the Intel® Driver Update Utility.
