I installed the latest graphics drivers you linked and it's still not helped the situation.
I still do get that "noise pattern" showing when changing resolution such as during boot or when I configure some applications to select an alternative frequency to match the one of movies being shown.
I believe the noise pattern seems to show for a little less time than it did before but it might be subjective.
If I remember I had my receiver setup as HDMI passthrough but I will double check that.
