it's so sad that nobody from Intel has given me an answer about a compatibility issue of two Intel products (cpu+motherboard) that they should be compatible because both are the same 3rd generation, same company, and the latest BIOS version and the CPU were launched the same trimester

and I'm not really sure if there are more...
The odd thing is, the i5-3340 was launched Q3 2013 and it's compatible
